No se me ve el xat en el indice del foro

Buenas mira seguí este tutorial http://www.smfsimple.com/index.php/topic,4436.0.html  y al publicarlo en noticias no se ve el xat y tengo el themes Touch y no se veia y cambia a los themes de default y core que trae el foro y si se me ve como dejo en la imagen tambien intenté instalar nuevos themes al foro y seguia sin verse solo se ve veia en los que trae el foro.

Y me gustaria saber como lo pongo en el indice del foro desde mi theme Touck

Ytambien probé a meter otro cosas como solo texto pero nada ninguna noticia se visualiza.

Pues simplemente es eso, teniendo solo una noticia y con el codigo asi:

Si con ese codigo te sale en el theme default te debe de salir tambien en el Theme Touck.

nada puse el codigo del xat en el apartado de noticias:

y sigue sin salir. Fui a noticias luego puse el codigo en el apartado de noticias y le di a guardar pero no sale en el theme solo en el dafault y core.

ya pero sigue sin salirme en ese theme y probé a crear otro foro y lo intenté y tampoko y por el index.templade.php lo puse pero no me gusto xk se me cuadro todo el foro y me gustaria que saliese en Noticias si me pedis algun archivo para ver el motivo porque no se visulizan los motivos os lo paso.
