Claro que si amigo!!
Dirigete al theme default/languages/Modifications.english.php lo abres y buscas:
//Activity Bar mod
$txt['Activity_Bar_title'] = 'Activity Bar';
$txt['Activity_Bar_standardlabel'] = 'Activity';
$txt['Activity_Bar_enable'] = 'Enable activity bar <div class="smalltext">Enable the activity bar, a bar that shows how active a user has been.</div>';
$txt['Activity_Bar_label'] = 'Bar label <div class="smalltext">A label displayed along with the bar. Default is "'.$txt['Activity_Bar_standardlabel'].'".</div>';
$txt['Activity_Bar_timeframe'] = 'Activity Timeframe <div class="smalltext">The modification will count all posts made during this timeframe. <br />In days. Default to 30.</div>';
$txt['Activity_Bar_show_in_posts'] = 'Display the activity bar in posts';
$txt['Activity_Bar_show_in_profile'] = 'Display the activity bar in profiles';
$txt['Activity_Bar_max_posts'] = 'Max posts <div class="smalltext">Number of posts required in order to fill the bar. <br />Leave empty for defaults (500 posts).</div>';
$txt['Activity_Bar_max_width'] = 'Max width <div class="smalltext">The width of the bar. When the post limit set above is reached, the bar will have this width. <br />In pixels. Leave empty for defaults (139px).</div>';
Lo borras y recuerda que al final del todo tiene que aparecer este pequeño cierre del php que es el siguiente:
?>
-Un saludo, DIBILO.
