Found another issue - when the 'tags are required' option is checked and you edit a reply to a post, it will not let you save the modified post; it prompts you with an error box saying 'tags are required' - even though it's not the first message and the tagging input box isn't present.

To replicate the problem;

1. Turn on the 'require tags' option
2. Create a message with tags
3. Reply to the 1st post
4. Edit the reply and try to save it.

I installed the Tagging System mod on a test system and I'm getting the following errors:

Summary of problems:

ISSUE #1:  Two repeating errors in the error log referring to the 'tags_news' variable not being set in lines 407 and 409 in Post.template.php

ISSUE#2:  Tags cannot be deleted when modifying/editing a post. You can delete the tag, but when you save it, the tag is still attached to the post.

Any help to fix these issues would be greatly appreciated!


UPDATE:   Nevermind! I was using an older version of the modification, not the one I downloaded. Everything is working fine now.
