This mod will give you control over the number of characters for:

Title of topics
Username in Registration
User's Personal Texts (in profile)
User's Title Texts (in profile)
User's WebSites descriptions (in profile)
        If you set them in 0, the default value will be used.
        Compatible with Smf 2 (RC2 - RC3 - RC4)
        Languages
              English, English-utf8 Spanish_es Spanish_es-utf8 Spanish_latin Spanish_latin-ut8.
