Bueno cuando iva a poner el S.A SHOP al instalarlo pues no se instalo y al ir al index.php me encuentro con esto:

Contacté con soporte del hosting pero sin respuestas todavía ¿Hay alguna manera de solucionarlo?

Un error 500 es muy general(y no es necesariamente específico a smf), en el log de hosting deberian salir más detalles que podrían ayudar.

Si crees que es por el Mod, desinstalalo manualmente.

Si pero es que el proveedor de hosting no me contesta.

En el log de errores no vi nada y el mod no llegó a instalarle

marcamos como solucionado, el problema era el servidor.
